The collection of information by this website, http://www.getstephisticated.com (the “Website"), is governed by the practices set forth in this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), which this Privacy Policy was last updated August 1, 2023.  This Website is owned, controlled, and operated by SL STAFFING, LLC (“Get Steph'isticated”). SL STAFFING is the sole owner of any information collected by this Website. This Privacy Policy will notify you of the following: (i) what personally identifiable information is collected from you through this Website, how it is used and with whom it may be shared; (ii) what choices are available to you regarding the use of your information; (iii) the security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information; and (iv) how you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.

 

Section 1. The Collection, Use and Sharing of Information.

A. Collection of the Information. The information (“Information”), which you voluntarily provide to this Website, via email and/or any other direct contact on this Website, shall be collected by Get Steph'isticated.

B. Use of the Information. Get Steph'isticated will use the Information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted Get Steph'isticated. Whichever web page which Get Steph'isticated may use to collect the Sensitive Information is encrypted, and, the Sensitive Information is transmitted to Get Steph'isticated in a secure way. While Get Steph'isticated uses encryption to protect the Sensitive Information transmitted on this Website, Get Steph'isticated also protects the Information and Sensitive Information offline. Only employees who need the Information and Sensitive Information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to the Information and/or Sensitive Information. Section 4, (1) Cancellations: If there is a cancellation:

 

Representations and Warranties: Get Steph'isticated makes no representation, guarantee, or warranty with respect to any

 

 Event. All warranties, express or implied, are hereby disclaimed, including, without limitation, the warranties of marketability and fitness for a particular purpose. Get Steph'isticated does not guarantee any level of attendance at the Event and there will be no refund to Vendors, under any circumstances, except as expressly provided for herein, even after the Event is over.

 

Cancellations: If there is a cancellation:

 

1. By Vendor: If Vendor needs to cancel, they must notify Get Steph'isticated by email to stephisticated23@gmail.com. If cancellation notification is received within 24 hours of payment, the Vendor will receive a full refund. If Vendor cancels after 24 hours of payment, the Vendor will not receive a refund. By canceling, Vendor forfeits their spot at the Event. There will be no refunds, under any circumstances, after the Event is over.

 

2. By Get Steph'isticated: If a cancellation of the Event by Get Steph'isticated is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of a third party, or other circumstances which (in Get Steph'isticated’s sole judgment) may compromise the safety of Event participants, then the Event will not be rescheduled and there will be no refunds to Vendor. 

 

Assignment: Vendor may not assign this Agreement to any third party, or delegate any of its obligations without the written consent of Get Steph'isticated. Only the accepted Vendors will be allowed to sell or distribute their goods or services, and/or conduct activities at the Event.

 

Termination: This Agreement may be terminated by Get Steph'isticated at any time, with or without cause, immediately upon notice to the Vendor.

 

Non-Disparagement: Neither Get Steph'isticated nor Vendor will issue, authorize or condone any comments or statements to the media, or to any individual or entity with whom or which the other party or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates has a business relationship, or to any other individual or entity, which disparages, criticizes or otherwise reflects adversely upon such other party or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates or their respective products, services, officers, directors, or employees. The foregoing includes any statements which directly identify the other or taken in context could reasonably cause a regular observer of the speaker to know the identity of the other as the subject of the communication.
